Educations is the key to success, a belief that Dr Georgette Bertram has acknowledged, achieved and accomplished. Her lifelong commitment as an Educator and Educational Manager has brought her ultimate success and fulfilment over the past 30 years.
Dr Bertram has had the experience of teaching in Jamaica, her home country, and in the United Kingdom. Her specialism lies in International Management and Administration in Education; Behaviour and Mathematics. Dr Bertram is also known for her outstanding management of behaviour, and the success it has in changing the lives of most of the students she had the opportunity to work with.
She currently lives in the United Kingdom where she continues to give her commitment to the field of Education even through it has been riddled with numerous challenges. As a result of her passion to see others successful, she has always taken a keen interest in the Teaching Profession. She further explored how Teachers are coping and executing their jobs successfully and if they are not, what are the reasons or deterrents?
It is through Dr Bertram’s inquisitive mind and her commitment, that we have had the pleasure of seeing what pivoted her to look more closely at how teachers are able to function effectively. Given all the obstacles and sometimes abuse they faced daily in their jobs teachers still managed to remain as consistent, faithful, committed professionals, producing highly successful students across all the possible professions.
